A guide to guardianship in Norway for English speaking people

We so not know at this point if there are anyone at all that do not speak Norwegian, but are under Guardianship in Norway.

But the Norwegian authority that is responsible for guardianship is the County Governor. To understand their role in the Royal Kingdom of Norway, you might want to look up the Wikipedia page about politics and government of Norway, and there is a official and public policy and there are realities. We stick to the realities and do not hide nor try to suppress our view that concludes with the County Governor fails in just to many cases.

Guardianship can be by force or voluntarily. But without any doubt the laws are stretched and bent in order for the gov to get their will. Meanwhile the citizens themselves needs to stick to the laws or they will face the government. Now how can you beat that?

This boils down to big politics, whereas its trending that the elite or establishment has become such a arrogant and unlawful bunch that people are starting to react. As the abuse of guardianship is not even discussed in the Norwegian media nor public, its as if the problem is not there.
Those that touches these issues are in for a treat.

You burn your fingers or you get a deep wound in you soul. Even journalists that has written about guardian ship abuse, has said they wish they never knew about this as its not only the case that is ugly, but even worse is the way its handled. So how can it be that such a rich, humanitarian and well educated nation just ignores these problem?

Because also guardianship, just like childcare has become a industry, whereas "inside" business is growing as everyone sleeps in the created dream of living in the "best nation on the planet". The more or less global exposure of the CPS industry was a wake up call and its a bit weird that it was not brought to attentions by Norwegians, but when the government started to snag kids from foreigners, it all went bananas.

Guardianship figures from 2015 Norway

Around 0.0128% of the Norwegian population is under guardianship. The total number by the end of 2015 was 67 200 persons under guardianship with 42 000 guardians. Out of them near 36 000 have guardianship for 1 person, while 16 has guardianship for more than a 100 person. All matter related to guardianship is under the County Governor and they are also the authority to complain to in matters related to guardianship. If your complaint does not go trough there, you can appeal it into the The Parliamentary Ombudsman  for Public Administration Norway. Out of the 492 complaints that was appealed to them, 86% was given a negative answer.

Around totally 19,3 billion NOK in 38 000 bank accounts. This amount is about 2.1 billion Euro or 2.2 billion USD. The average person under guardianship, holds about 500 000 NOK/ 54,898 Euro/ 58,136 USD.

What is new and probably good news in the field of guardianship is that its implemented into the laws of Norway that a person can issue a future authorization before going demented. Around 60 000 people in Norway are demented and the number is not only on the rise, but also younger and younger people is getting demented.

A deadly silence about the most vulnerable in the press

What is striking about Norway when it comes to guardianship in Norway, is the silence about the system repeats failing to protect those under guardianship. Questions are NOT raised by the press, despite the occurrence of abuse is nationwide and very common. But when one looks at the efforts made in Norway and also internationally attention and have been presented trough documentaries in lots of nations trough TV stations like BBC, CBS and quite a few others. Radio programs have been made and even some nice catchy cute music. People where stunned and shocked about how what they believed and how it was. The CPS matters sparked outrage all over Europe and even in United States.

Its as simple as you can not industrialize children protection services. Period. And the press tried to suppress this information up to the moment it was impossible to ignore it. The same goes for guardianship, but its like not discussed and not dealt with. Its like a national disgrace we try to hide.

There is not ONE single newspaper article, not ONE single TV program or ONE website nor a Whistleblower portal, apart from this one that addresses the problem as a problem, but there are lots of single cases being exposed, as you can see at our front page where a few of them are presented from various sources on the web. And in every case the name of the abuser if kept hidden from the public, unlike other criminal cases and that might make one wonder if they are holding back a dam with just one finger. Could they be afraid of the domino effect?

And in the "best democracy in the world", when realities kicks in, it hurts the soul

What makes this so devastating for the victims of guardianship crimes is maybe not the loss of money as that is a physical item to to say, but the loss of the faith and believe in the entire system, and most Norwegian have a very proud and maybe wrongfully and naive believe that Norway is the "best democracy", is not corrupted and the government is like "state of the art". So when you wake up the the realities and you understand that the government it self will try to protect the thief or abuser and to suppress the victims voice and case, you loose a part of your soul as well.

We have heard about cases where people just dies of sorrow and the pain of having ALL their believe taken away alongside their belongings.

The abuser and doctor hand in hand

With a small population at 5.2 million people, one might be surprised to learn that as many as about 10 000 people per year is victim to coercion.
A lot of them are also medicated by force using often strong psychotropic, leaves a perfect playground for the most cynical practice for guardianship abusers. The most famous abuse of medical treatment and "diagnosis", was the Arnold Juklerød case. Its hard to believe even today as the practice to silence a man that was all good, but spoke up. It takes you right into thinking that Dr Mengeles soul lives on in Norway.

Many are driven to madness when they meet the system that might be just simply robbing you off. You can loose you "sanity" trough either court or just being pulled out of your life and force medicated. Since this is not very uncommon, one might suspect that there are those that will not only abuse guardianship, as its easy to force upon someone if there is something to rob them off. We expect to expose som stories about that in the not so far future.

I'm from the government and I'm here to help

According to former US President Ronald Reagan, the nine most terrifying words in the English language. And yes there are true helpers out there like the fire department and possibly a few more. But as for the situation whereas one got 60 000 people under guardianship and they are exposed to the temptations of 2.2 billion USD, yes there will be people that are attracted to such, as the control system is like based nearly on faith in humanity. Never was there one case we could dig up where the investigations or scandal was sparked from the inside of the government, but. Never did one read, hear or see anything that says "The County Governor exposed or found out"... No no. Its always the same story.

First its either reported to the police and then the County Governor will enter state of denial. If its reported to the County Governor, the case will as held by them will last forever. Evidence is being shredded and the victim might become the accused. Journalists will be stopped and its like you feel you face a actual mafia. Cause it might just be a important policy for Norway to maintain the illusion of a white shirt without stains. Seemingly sometimes at all costs. And this is the "Norwegian Trauma".  The state of denial versus reality makes it like a balloon that might need to be bursted a little. The CPS cases was such a burst.

Some reminder about reality in Norway and cracking the national trauma code

Its important to say that in general, like elsewhere, most people are honest and they go to work to do a damn fine job. That goes for the majority of the guardians as well and in any office or business. But since the Norwegian people have been tranquilized with severe propaganda about Norway being best in this and great at that, a period that started with the remarkable words from former Prime Minister Gor Harlem Brundtland.

She stated the few words that really found a home in every Norwegian brain:

"Its typically Norwegian to be good"

And there is nearly not one single day whereas our donations abroad somehow makes it back to Norway trough confirming the superiority of the nation. And it might just be that factor that keeps it like a national and well organized issue to maintain that image and that all the mess and negative stuff is whipped under the carpet. But that on the other side, build up a dam. Now despite the grand majority is totally honest and totally cool, the greedy and the wicked ones are also usually the ones holding the most manipulative nature. The ones that can buy drinks at the colleague event, the ones that posts nice pictures from smart vacations etc. They are the ones that can buy favors, friends and influence.
So if you read the story of the Vikings as mercenaries you shall find out they where very loyal.

And this might just be that "Norwegian code" cracked. The colleagues loyalty. In stead of simply pulling a caught guardianship abuser out of his home with handcuffs on in the blitz rain from the press, a deal is made. If you know someone that knows someone the case can be ignored, postponed, sabotaged or manipulated away. But not always and not for everyone.
